Today on the occasion of our fifth ‘@ Home series’ post, we are delighted to share for the first time, since the beginning of this series, a work by Adrian Sauer, ‘Spiegel mit einem Band’, 2015, which was acquired by Dr. Krainz-Leupoldt for the ‘Das Kleine Museum Weissenstadt’. 

“With his artistic-conceptual way of working, Adrian Sauer questions the conditions of the photographic and their changed FUNCTIONALITY. In doing so, he casts doubt on the great promise of photography to be a reflection of reality. A past fixed in the image always has something deceptive and constructed about it. (…)”
